Evanescence就是常拿來和Within Temptation比較的團體，2003年的首張專輯【Fallen】相當出色，也讓Evanescence紅透半邊天，不過2006的第二張專輯【The Open Door】我覺得就略顯平淡，雖然事隔三年，讓眾人引頸期盼，但排行榜上的表現未能突破首張專輯。主唱Amy的聲音表現和唱功和Within Temptation的Sharon比較起來，Sharon略勝一籌。不過Evanescence至今才出道五年，發行兩張專輯，對於他們未來的發展靜觀其變。《Going Under》是【Fallen】的第一支主打歌曲。
