這首《Promises》fanvid畫面中出現了2.11 Playthings中也是第二季當中我最愛的一幕，Sam喝醉酒逼Dean發誓必要時刻要殺了他，然後Sam得到Dean的promises之後，被Dean推去床上趴睡，這一幕不知又讓多少人揪心了！也讓我們小小瞄到Sam精瘦的腰部（這女人果真很不良><，請見上方圖片↑）。
自2.09/2.10Sam逼問出老爸對Dean的遺言後，兩兄弟之間的情感互動掙扎又進入另外一個境界，Dean即使把深藏已久爸爸的遺言告訴了Sam，他看照Sam的使命似乎更加沉重也變得更加重要，因為不僅是要保護他的little brother，更要阻止他的little brother惡魔化；而Sam在此之後的心境陷入了絕望和失落的狀況，他並不希望自己擁有這樣異人的天賦，更深怕自己會傷害到無辜的人甚至是自己的哥哥，也只能消極的希望，哪天他變壞了就讓自己的哥哥親手殺了他。（不過到了2.14 Sam被附身那集，我們知道Dean還是對自己的little brother下不了手！而到了季末也還沒看到Sam變成惡魔的士兵，反而因為拒絕惡魔的挑選從地獄走了一趟又回來‧）
About The Cranberries 小紅莓合唱團
1990年成軍的愛爾蘭流行樂團The Cranberries，在國內最早為人所知是因為王菲翻唱1993年【Everybody Else Is Doing It,So Why Can't We】專輯中的《Dreams》（粵語版《夢中人》，國語版《掙脫》），接著因為1996年【To The Faithful Departed】專輯中的《Salvation》，當年主唱Dolores O'Riordan特殊的嗓音唱著Salvation, Salvation, Salvation…，佔據當年各大西洋歌曲合輯。藉著最近又發行精選的熱潮，回味介紹一下這個難得在亞洲熟為人知的歐洲樂團。《Promises》收錄在1996年【Bury The Hatchet】專輯當中（這張我有敗，還是買了CD+DVD的版本，應該是有史以來我買最貴的CD）。
